WSC CAREER FAIR 2010

WSC Career Fair is designed especially for residents, fellows and preceptors who are seeking new career opportunities. The Western States Conference is attended by over 400 highly motivated residents and fellows, as well as over 250 Residency and Fellowship preceptors and sponsors. The WSC Career Fair will begin immediately following dinner on Wednesday, May 26^th, 2010.

We welcome all institutions to participate in the Career Fair. The cost of Career Fair participation is $5,950 for organizations without residents and/or fellows who are participating in the Conference as well for organizations who wish to send Human Resource representatives or those recruiting system wide. This rate includes the following: (1) registration for career fair, (2) one booth, (3) offsite registration for one representative or recruiter, (4) and the option to register three additional representatives at the rate of $450 per person for offsite registration.

For institutions that have residents and fellows presenting in the WSC and would like to obtain a booth in the Career Fair, the cost will be $600 per booth. To be eligible for this, rate your organization must (1) have residents and/or fellows who are participating in the Conference, (2) be planning only for single site recruitment, (3) and staff booth with by registered preceptors, residents and fellows only.

The booths/tables provided will be 2.5’x 6’ draped table for your displays. Please be aware that we are not able to provide power, electrical outlet, telephone or Internet outlet/connection for displays. Displays must fit in a 4' X 6' designated area. Join the WSC Career Fair; reservations will be accepted until April 17, 2010 or until spaces are filled. If your institution would like to reserve space to participate in the Career Fair, please RSVP now by faxing the completed registration form (attached) to (916)447-0843.

ADVERTISING SPACE RESERVATION

In addition, Western States Conference will be offering advertising space in our 2010 Meeting-at-a-glance brochure. Advertising space (for those participating in the career fair) will be at the following reduced rates of $800 for a full section; $600 for a half section; and $400 for a quarter section. Advertising rates are in addition to your Career Fair Registration.

Non-Career Fair participants may also purchase advertising space in our 2010 Meeting-at-a glance brochure. Advertising space will be at the rates of $1200 for a full section; $1000 for a half section; and $800 for a quarter section advertisements.

All ad artwork must be submitted by April 17, 2010 via email. Black and White camera ready artwork in the form of a pdf, jpg; tif; eps; will be accepted. Full section ads are 8 x 12 "; half section ads are 8 x 6"; and quarter section ads are 3.5 x 6". Please email your ad artwork to wsc-rx@cshp.org
