CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

WSC 2010 Late Fees and Refund Policy To receive a refund, cancellation requests must be made in writing and must be received by WSC no later than March 12, 2010.

Category of Registration Registration rates Refund considerations*
1 Residents/fellows through February 19, 2010 Resident/fellow supplemented registration rate The registration fee for this category is fully refundable through February 19, 2010.
2 Residents/fellows from February 20, 2010 through conference dates If space is available,resident/fellow supplemented registration rate plus $150.00 non-refundable late fee a. The registration fee for this category is refundable from February 20th – March 12th minus a $150.00 cancellation fee.
b. After March 12th no refunds are available, except in cases of emergency and upon approval of the board.
3 Preceptors through March 12, 2010 Preceptor registration rate The registration fee for this category is fully refundable through March 12, 2010.
4 Preceptors from March 13, 2010 through conference dates If space is available,preceptor registration rate plus $150.00 non-refundable late fee After March 12, 2010 no refunds are available, except in cases of emergency and upon approval of the board.
5 Sponsors contact office with questions (916) 447-0843

*Note: The last day for the Conference to release unfilled rooms to Asilomar is March 25th, 60 days prior to Conference.
