Residents & Fellows(Standard Registration open Jan 11th – Feb 19th)Standard Registration Fees: $300.00 (Jan 7th – Feb 19th) Late Registration Fees: $450.00 (Feb 20th – Mar 20th, as space is available) Please note, you will need the following information for registration; your abstract title, your abstract platform category, your abstract key words, IRB information and your completed abstract word document file (named according to the rules) It must be a .doc file to be uploaded.
NOTE: Any registrations and/or abstracts received after the February 19th deadline will be subject to the $150.00 late fee and will be scheduled, after those received prior to the deadline, as space is available. |
